Observed the Nepal 2008 Constituent Assembly election and assisted the country in subsequent voter registration & constitution drafting efforts. Traveled to Nepal with Pres. and Mrs. Carter and other senior staff. Provided support for additional election missions, including Sudan, Egypt, Liberia, and Cote d’Ivoire.
